GLOW Fest Director
Producer/performer Sophie deLightful is the creator of GLOW Fest. Born in Sydney and with her home base now in Melbourne, she continues to build her profile as a committed, hardworking and innovative producer in the Australian cabaret and community circus space. During Victoria's extended lockdown of 2020, Sophie created the Covid-safe, contactless mobile circus Curbside Carnies, and since restrictions were lifted in November, has been touring this with council support throughout Victoria.
She brings to the GLOW Fest organisational team almost a decade of production experience, including boutique alcohol-tasting cabarets, a 5-week East Coast tour with international troupe the Wandering Circus, Australia's only fire cabaret Babes Ablaze and countless other cabaret productions that have toured Fringe and music festivals across Australia. She is now one of Melbourne's most sought-after curators for community circus experiences and is the Artistic Director for the sold-out Circus of Light national dance party series.
Tim Webster

Tim Webster has been a Clown for over 20 years, performing thousands of magic/comedy shows around the world and worked alongside the types of Dr. Patch Adams and Dr. Madan Kataria becoming a specialist in laughter therapy and compassionate clowning.
Tim is a very community minded individual, with decades of experience in Community Development, welfare, eco tourism, event management, currently working in the Circus Industry and performing across the globe, working mainly in developing countries, refugee camps, hospitals, indigenous communities, orphanages and aged care facilities.
Tim created Humanitarian Clowns in Australia, India and Israel and has led hundreds of Clowns/performers on International clown missions around the globe.

Performer extraordinaire Marnie Lane has been nominated , time and time again as Australia's best female contact staff artist.
Performing and teaching all over Australia and NZ including:
Splendour in the grass, Earth Frequenzy, GLOW Fest, Spin Fest, Spun Out Fest, Flowtopia and many more.
Marnie is a Guinness World Record Holder, yoga teacher, masseuse and certified in Business Management to keep GLOW Fest running.
