Bali:
Dubbed the Island of the Gods, Bali is one of the more than 17,000 islands that make up the Indonesian archipelago. Due to its location off the coast from the mainland and unique culture and religion from the rest of the country, Bali is often treated as a destination of its own, “if you’ve only been to Bali, you’ve never been to Indonesia”.
With its pristine beaches, its unspoilt waters ideal for surfing and diving, its lush mountains, its never-ending rice terrace and volcanic hillsides, its spiritually infused culture and more, Bali has quickly become a must-visit, and it often makes its way on everyone’s bucket list.
Flores:
Flores is located in the East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. It has adventure, eco-tours, and mountain climbing interspersed with visits to prehistoric heritage sites, traditional villages and cultural events. It has some of the world’s most exotic marine life. And if you want to see the famous Komodo Dragons alive, this is the only place in the whole world which gives you the experience. You can visit the Komodo dragons in their natural habitats in the Komodo National Park islands. Here you will witness the natural treasures still trying to survive in their purest forms.
Flores is a multi-religious and multi-cultural island where 60% of the people are Christian, 20% Islamic and 20% Hindus and Buddhists. The holidays for Flores are similar to the general Indonesian calendar.
Flores, though one of the main islands in Indonesia, is still trying to keep up with the rest of the country. Evidently, its exceptional natural treasures need more care and its warm hearted people need more support.
Projects:
Teaching -
Bali
In this teaching program, in the beautiful setting of Pejeng, you will have the opportunity to teach children a variety of subjects in English.
The week will consist of preparing lessons with the help of the staff at a local school and teaching the students there. The subject matter and the lesson plans could follow the prescribed syllabus. You would be teaching the students on your own or with the other participants on the program and at the same time experience a different lifestyle.
Kindergarten Program -
Bali
Work in local kindergartens in Ubud’s surroundings by teaching the children basic English in an informal and fun way!
Our program is set in over 15 different kindergartens in Ubud. By working with young children, you will get a taste of real Balinese lifestyle. Moreover, through informal teaching, we aim to plant the seeds of a lifelong learning habit and attempt to make the children enthusiastic about learning English.
Enviromental Education Program -
Bali
For anyone with an interest in environmental issues, with these deep, historical and ongoing cultural ties, this project will offer the best opportunity.
Becoming involved with the local population who regard their environment, not as a separate entity, but very much as a part of their daily lives, makes this project very much a partnership with an equal objective.
Healthcare Education

Join and support our healthcare education activities and campaigns in Bali!
If you are a qualified medical practitioner, an individual seeking a career in medicine, or someone interested in assisting with healthcare education, this program is for you. You can contribute to the development of healthcare in Ubud, Gianyar area by either working as a professional in the field or teaching basic first-aid and methods to maintain personal hygiene to the local community.
Turtle Conservation & Rehabilitation -
Nusa Penida
The Turtle Conservation project is located on the charming island of Nusa Penida.
Work alongside a local team and help protect the endangered sea turtles of Indonesia. Through this program, you will contribute to protecting the turtle population in Nusa Penida by working at our turtle conservation center. Depending on the time of the year (turtles do not nest all year round), you may be identifying turtle species, collecting eggs, monitoring nests, or seeing hatchlings get safely to sea.
Yoga & Meditation Retreat -

Many people travel the world to experience Bali as they believe it is a unique place for reflection and contemplation.
They take this a step further and say Ubud is a sanctuary within Bali, an idyllic environment in which you can experience true tranquility. Thus, this program shall help you to get rid of stress, anxiety and physical ailments by engaging in Yoga and Meditation.

This project supports small village communities in and around Ubud. It aims to build and renovate buildings that are essential for the growth and development of the local community. Schools, playgrounds and public libraries are some of the places where your time and effort would make a difference to the local communities and their living conditions.

We highly recommend the Bali Adventure program on your Bali trip! The Bali Adventure week is the perfect way to experience the adventurous side of this beautiful little island.
Go on a cycle tour, visit an active volcano, tread into spice plantations and rice fields, hike into the mountains and take part in Turtle conservation. The program will unleash the adventure in you.
Culture Week -

Get ready for an action-packed week full of exciting adventures, cultural excursions to learn about Balinese culture and getting to know the rest of the group!
Throughout the week, you will get to learn the basics of the Balinese language, explore Ubud and its surrounding areas, learn how to do a Balinese Batik painting and finally immerse in the Balinese culture by receiving real exposure.

Get involved in renovating local village schools, community centres, children’s playgrounds, public libraries and more.
The Building and Renovation project supports villages around Lovina and Singaraja by building and renovating community centres. There are always ongoing community projects that could use a couple of hands. The projects include renovating libraries, playgrounds, local schools and anything that might need a helping hand at the time!
